当院では、患者さんの安全を第一に考え、正確な診断・説明・同意（インフォームドコンセント）を行うため、日本語での意思疎通が難しい患者様には、 通訳が可能な方の同席をお願いしております。

【ご来院時のお願い】

日本語でのやり取りが難しい場合は、通訳が可能な方（ご家族・ご友人等）と一緒にご来院いただけますようお願いいたします。

翻訳アプリ等のみでの受診も可能ですが、専門的な医療説明などにおいて正確な意思疎通が難しく、 安全な診療の継続が困難であると医師が判断した場合は、やむを得ず、通訳の方の同席の上で日を改めていただく場合がございます。

【緊急の場合】

上記にかかわらず、緊急の処置を要する場合はこの限りではありません。 まずは受付までご相談ください。 ご不便をおかけしますが、医療安全を確保するためのお願いですので、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

At our clinic, patient safety is our top priority. To ensure accurate diagnosis, explanation, and informed consent, we ask patients who have difficulty communicating in Japanese to be accompanied by someone who can interpret for them.

【When Visiting the Clinic】

If communication in Japanese is difficult, please visit the clinic together with someone who can interpret (a family member, friend, etc.). Visits relying solely on translation apps are possible; however, if the physician determines that accurate communication—particularly regarding specialized medical explanations—is not possible and that safe continuation of care is difficult, we may, regrettably, ask you to reschedule your visit for a day when an interpreter can accompany you.

【In Case of Emergency】

Regardless of the above, this policy does not apply in cases requiring urgent treatment. Please speak with our reception staff first. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy is in place to ensure medical safety. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【Important Notes】

Due to the requirements of our reservation system, a Japanese phone number is necessary to make a booking. If you do not have one, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please either visit the clinic in person or contact us by phone (a call made on your behalf by another person is also acceptable).

如日语沟通存在困难，请与能够进行翻译的人员（家人、朋友等）一同前来就诊。 仅依靠翻译软件就诊也是可以的；但如医生判断在专业医疗说明等方面难以进行准确沟通，导致难以安全地继续诊疗时，可能会不得已请您改日在翻译人员陪同下再次就诊。

【紧急情况】

即便如此，如需紧急处置，则不受上述规定限制。请您先与前台工作人员沟通说明情况。 给您带来不便，我们深表歉意。此项规定是为确保医疗安全所需，敬请您理解并配合。
